Previously, the Xiaomi Mi A3 was said to make its way to the Indian market on 23 August. However, the brand has just confirmed that it is actually launching the phone two days earlier, on 21 August. Its launch event will take place only just a day after Realme announcing its Realme 5 series.

The Xiaomi Mi A3 is said to be nearly the same as the Xiaomi Mi CC9e. However, instead of booting Xiaomi’s MIUI 10, the Mi A3 will ship with a stock version of Android as it’s a part of Google’s Android One program.
We are not sure if the Chinese company will only announce the Xiaomi Mi A3 in the country at the event on 21 August or it will announce the rebadged model of the Xiaomi Mi CC9 called Xiaomi Mi A3 Pro. Well, I guess we will have to wait a few more days to find out.
