Xiaomi Mi 9T Goes Official As Redmi K20 Global Variant

Xiaomi has just launched the Xiaomi Mi 9T which is the global version of the newly-launched Redmi K20 with Snapdragon 730 SoC and triple rear cameras.

Just as rumored, Xiaomi has just announced the Xiaomi Mi 9T which is the global version of the Redmi K20 at a launch event in Spain. The Redmi K20 already made its debut last month in China as a mid-ranger with a full-screen display thanks to the pop-up camera design. The more premium Redmi K20 Pro was also said to launch globally as Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro in the same event, but it did not happen.
Xiaomi Mi 9T: Price

The Xiaomi Mi 9T variant with 6GB of RAM / 64GB of storage is priced at €329 (around Rs. 25,700), but early buyers can purchase the phone at a lower price tag of €299 (around Rs. 23,400) for a certain period of time. The top-end variant with 6GB of RAM / 128GB of internal storage will be retailed at €369 (around Rs. 30,000). It will be available for purchase in Paris from 17 June in Red, Black, and Blue color variants.
Xiaomi Mi 9T: Specifications & Features

The Xiaomi Mi 9T sports a 6.39-inch AMOLED panel with FHD+ (2,340 x 1,080p) resolution and a 91.9 screen-to-body ratio. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 6 and has a fingerprint scanner embedded underneath for biometric security. Powering the phone is a Snapdragon 730 octa-core processor paired with 6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB of storage. It is also equipped with Game Turbo 2.0 mode for better performance. In terms of software, it runs on Android 9 Pie-based MIUI 10.

In terms of camera, it comes with a triple camera setup on the rear, comprising of a 48MP primary camera with f/1.7 aperture, a 13MP secondary shooter with f/2.4 aperture, and an 8MP third shooter with f/2.4 aperture. Up front, there is a 20MP pop-up selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. It is powered by a large 4,000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. Other features include DC Dimming and Hi-Res Audio.
