Xiaomi is expected to launch the flagship duo Mi 11 and Mi 11 Pro in early 2021. Now, a source from China has revealed new pieces of information about the high-end Mi 11 Pro version. Accordingly, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro will have a 2K display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a punch-hole at the top left corner for a selfie camera.
The source also said that the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro will have a curved design on all four sides. The top and bottom edges will also be curved, but probably not as much as the Huawei P40 Pro. Both the Xiaomi Mi 11 and Mi 11 Pro will also be equipped with the high-end Snapdragon 875 processor chip, which will be launched by Qualcomm in December this year. The duo launch event is likely to take place in January 2021.
The rear camera cluster of the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro will see a significantly-improved ultra-wide-angle camera over that of its predecessor. According to the source, the 13MP sensor on the Mi 10 will be replaced by a 48MP sensor, with a pixel size of 0.8 micrometers. It may be a coincidence, but Apple's iPhone 13 will reportedly have a similar camera improvement.
There is no other information at the moment, but it is likely that the main sensor of the Mi 11 Pro will still have a resolution of 108MP. The battery capacity of Mi 11 Pro can be increased to 4,900 mAh, and support a new fast charging technology.
