Three Xiaomi Phones Top The Chart In AnTuTu's Ranking For Fastest Android Smartphones

AnTuTu’s ranking for the fastest Android smartphones for April has been announced with the appearance of three Xiaomi smartphones in the top 3 spots.

Chinese phone maker Xiaomi has recently got claimed the top three positions in the ranking of the fastest Android smartphones by AnTuTu for April. According, the Top 3 positions went to the Xiaomi Mi 9 Explorer, followed by Xiaomi Mi 9 and the gaming-focused Xiaomi Black Shark 2. It is known that all these smartphones are powered by a Snapdragon 855 chipset.
The no.1 Xiaomi Mi 9 Explorer is the special edition of the Mi 9 series, which was first unveiled March in India with the starting price of CNY6,000 (roughly Rs. 63,000). A highlight of this device is its triple rear camera setup comprising of a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor with an aperture of f/1.5, a 16MP sensor, and a 12MP sensor.

On the front, it also sports a selfie camera of up to 20MP resolution. In addition, this version comes with an impressive memory setup of 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 Explorer beat the Meizu 16s, the leader of this ranking in March, to hold the first spot this month. Notably, the ranking does not comprise of the ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G that gained a score of around 380,000, which is yet another Snapdragon 855-powered smartphone, but the score was boosted thanks to the device’s F2FS flash file system.

Additionally, the Axon and other smartphones such as the nubia Red Magic 3, Lenovo AZ6 Pro, and Oppo Reno 10X zoom are set to be unveiled in May, therefore they do not appear in the chart for April. However, some are expected to appear on the next month ranking.
Besides, the Top 10 ranking also calls the names of some gaming devices like the iQOO Monster, the Vivo iQOO, the Honor View 20 with the flagship Kirin 980 SoC, and the Nubia Red Magic Mars with Snapdragon 845 SoC.
Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy S10/S10+ smartphones are also in contention for this ranking, although they do not heavily rely on gaming for the marketing.
