Vivo already announced the Vivo Y19 earlier in the month in Vietnam and Thailand. Now, the handset has finally made its way to India via offline stores. The handset arrives in the mid-range segment with a 6.53-inch FHD+ display, an Helio P65 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and Android 9 Pie. To boost its performance, the brand also packs it with Game Space and Multi-Turbo mode. The setup is backed by a massive 5,000mAh battery with 18W quick-charging tech support.
Vivo Y19: Price
The handset is priced at Rs. 13,990 in India for the single option with 4GB of RAM / 128GB of storage. Sadly, it seems the brand doesn’t release the 6GB RAM model in the country. It might be available in the future.
Vivo Y19: Specifications
The Vivo Y19 flaunts a 6.53-inch display with Full-HD+ resolution and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Under the hood, there is an Helio P65 SoC ticking at its core, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which can be expanded using a microSD card up to 256GB. It ships with Android 9 Pie pre-loaded and the company’s FunTouch OS 2.0 interface to take care of the software side of things. Not just that, the handset also has Game Space and Multi-Turbo modes, which can boost its gaming performance even more. Security-wise, users can rely on a fingerprint reader at the back of the phone to protect their devices.
Moving to the camera department, the handset is packed with a triple camera cluster stacked vertically on the rear. It includes a 16MP main sensor, a 2MP depth-sensing camera, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter. On the front, it ships with a 16MP snapper for taking selfies and video calls. To keep the phone running, the brand goes for a 5,000 mAh battery on the Vivo Y19. Despite massive capacity, the battery can still be quickly refilled with the 18W fast charging solution.
