The Vivo X30 has just been featured in a new teaser poster, which confirms its vertically-stacked triple camera cluster and an addition sensor next to it. It seems like this forth sensor is a periscope lens that will deliver high zoom capabilities. Sadly, the exact specs of its cameras are not revealed on the teaser video.
Vivo X30 5G: Expected specifications
The upcoming Vivo X30 phones will likely be driven by an Exynos 980 chipset and come with dual-mode 5G connectivity support. Previously, the handset is tipped to sport a 6.5” AMOLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. There might be two memory configurations of the phone: 8GB RAM / 128GB storage and 8GB RAM / 256GB of UFS 2.1 storage. Under the hood, it could be fueled by a 4,500 mAh battery cell that supports 33W quick charging technology, according to a recent listing on 3C. For photography, it will likely rock a quad-camera lens cluster that comprises of a 64MP main sensor, a 13MP sensor, a 2MP sensor, and a 13MP sensor. Upfront, there should be a 32MP camera for taking selfies and video calls.
Aside from the Vivo X30, the series is tipped to include another model called Vivo X30 Pro. The device is rumored to flaunt a 6.89” AMOLED panel with the same 90Hz refresh rate. It will reportedly feature four rear cameras as well. The main sensor is a 60MP unit, aided by a 12MP lens and two 13MP sensors. For taking selfies, it will also carry a 32MP shooter on the front. It should pack the same 4,500 mAh battery just like its sibling but it will support a faster 44W FlashCharge technology.
The series is said to make their appearance next month in China and there should be more details surfacing online in the coming days. Stay tuned, we will keep you updated.
