Vivo U10 With Triple Rear Cameras & Snapdragon 665 SoC Launched in India

The Vivo U10 is the latest addition in the online-exclusive Vivo U series with triple rear cameras, Snapdragon 665 SoC, and up to 6GB RAM.

Vivo U10 now goes official in India as a new addition to the online-exclusive Vivo U series. The handset is positioned in the sub-Rs. 10,000 segment with triple rear camera setup and a beefy battery. It is expected to take on the likes of Realme 5 and Xiaomi Mi A3 as it features the same Snapdragon 665 SoC as the other two popular budget smartphones. At the event, the brand also said that this new Vivo U series will supplement its Z series, which is claimed to help the company capture 19.1% of the online segment in July this year, up from just 5.5% in May.

Vivo U10: Price
The Vivo U10 is priced at Rs. 8,990 in India for the entry-level option with 3GB of RAM / 32GB of storage. It is also available in two more options - 3GB RAM / 64GB storage and 4GB RAM / 64GB storage. They are retailed at Rs. 9,990 and Rs. 10,990, respectively. You can grab one from 20 September via Vivo e-store and Amazon India.
Launch offers include up to 10 percent discount with SBI credit or debit cards, no-cost EMIs up to 6 months and Jio benefits up to Rs. 6,000.
Finally, the Vivo U10 is available in Electric Blue and Thunder Black color variants.
Vivo U10: Specifications
The Vivo U10 is packed with a 6.5-inch HD+ AMOLED panel with 1,520 x 720p resolution, a water-drop notch, and a screen-to-body ratio of 89 percent. Powering the handset is a Snapdragon 665 SoC with up to 6GB RAM and 64GB of storage. The chipset is supported by Multi Turbo technology to optimize GPU and CPU resources. With AI Turbo, the handset is claimed to open apps 20 percent faster, while Center Turbo will help the phone get 60 percent improvement in frame rate stability. For better gaming experience, it also comes with Ultra Game Mode.

On the camera front, the phone is equipped with a triple camera system at the back, including a 13MP main sensor, an 8MP wide-angle shooter with 120° FOV, and a 2MP depth-sensing camera. On the front, there is an 8MP snapper with an f/2.2 lens. Its cameras will come with AI wizardry to beautify the images. The entire setup is fueled by a massive 5,000 mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging solution. Other features include a rear-placed fingerprint reader and headphone jack.
