Vivo S1 Pro: Specifications & Features

At first, we thought that Vivo would bring the Chinese version of the Vivo S1 Pro to India, which carries a Snapdragon 675 chipset, a notch-free display, and a triple camera setup. However, it turns out the brand will release the global version of the phone instead. This version packs a Snapdragon 665 chipset, a 6.38-inch Full-HD+ Super AMOLED panel with a water-drop notch at the top and a quad rear camera cluster on the rear housed in a diamond-shaped module.

The camera cluster includes a 48MP main camera, a 2MP dedicated macro camera, a 2MP depth-sensing shooter, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, it gets a 32MP shooter for selfies and video calls. For security, it has an under-display fingerprint reader.

Software-wise, the Vivo S1 Pro runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box with FunTouchOS 9.2 atop. The handset is only available in a single 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. There is a microSD card slot available in case you want to expand its storage (up to 256GB).

Fueling the whole setup is a beefy 4,500mAh battery that is charged with 18W fast charging technology via a USB Type-C port.
