Vivo S1 Memory Variants & Price in India Leaked Ahead Of Launch

The memory variants and price in India of the Vivo S1 has just been revealed in a new leak ahead of its 7 August launch.

Vivo S1 is confirmed to come to India on 7 August. The handset already made its first debut in Indonesia and came to China shortly after that as Vivo Y7s. Also, a previous leak suggested that the phone will be launched in the Indian market with a starting price of Rs. 17,990. Now, a new leak has hinted that the brand will offer a total of three options of the Vivo S1 in the country. The leak further reveals the price of the three variants as well.

According to the leak, the Vivo S1’s entry-level variant with 4GB of RAM/128GB of storage will be retailed at Rs. 17,990. Other two options with 6GB of RAM/128GB storage and 8GB of RAM/128GB storage will be priced at Rs. 19,990 and Rs. 24,990, respectively. However, it’s speculated that it might be available in an even cheaper variant with 4GB RAM/64GB storage, as most of the smartphones launched these days are offered in a 64GB storage model.
In addition, the leak also suggests that it will come in Diamond Black and Skyline Blue color options. As per a recent leak, the Vivo S1 will be up for pre-order in early next month, and its first sale might take place on 15 August.
Vivo S1: Specifications & Features
The handset sports a 6.38” Halo FullView Super AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The phone has an impressive 90 percent screen-to-body ratio.

Ticking at its core is an Helio P65 SoC, coupled with 4/6GB of RAM and 128GB storage, which is expandable up to 256GB using a microSD card. Software-wise, it comes preloaded with Android 9.0 Pie with FunTouchOS 9 on top. It is fueled by a large 4,500 mAh battery with 18W fast charging solution support. Software-wise, it features an on-screen fingerprint reader that is said to unlock the phone in just 0.42 seconds.

Moving to the camera department, it comes packed with a triple camera setup, including a 16MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP depth-sensing shooter. The cameras are supported by many features like Portrait Mode, video face beauty, AR stickers, HDR, AI filter, AI portrait framing, selfie lighting, and AI Face Beauty. On the front, there is a 32MP camera for selfies and video chats.
