The smallest detail is somehow the most annoying: the smartphone's display notch, which is one of the least favorable features or even considered as "the most hated feature of 2018". However, there is only one feasible solution to work around this issue, and it's a phone with two displays. And Vivo just released its NEX Dual Display Edition with two displays: the primary display on the front and another display on the rear.
Vivo NEX Dual Screen Edition: Specs
The handset has a primary OLED display measuring 6.39 inches with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. On the back, there's a slightly smaller Super AMOLED display with 5.49 inches in size. The back screen also has a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and an aspect ratio of 16:9. The device features an in-screen fingerprint scanner, a large 3,500 mAh battery that has a USB-C port supporting fast charging via the USB Type-C port.
The new Vivo flagship is packed by a Snapdragon 845 SoC and runs the latest Android Pie-based FunTouch OS software.
In the camera department, the phone comes with three rear cameras, consisting of a 12MP main sensor which also supports for OIS (optical image stabilization), a 2MP night vision lens and the third one is a TOF (Time of Flight ) camera. Moreover, Vivo also added a new feature called "the lunar ring" to its new line up. According to the company:
