OnePlus 7
OnePlus 7, the successor to OnePlus 6T, will unveil in the global markets on 14 May. According to rumors, this flagship smartphone will sport a 6.5-inch AMOLED screen. Under the hood, it will have a 2.8Ghz Snapdragon 855 chipset, paired with an Adreno 640 graphics. Also, the smartphone is expected to have an on-screen fingerprint sensor.
The handset will come with a dewdrop notch and dual rear cameras including a 48MP primary sensor with a LED flash. Like its predecessor, the OnePlus seven smartphone will not have a headphone jack. The handset will measure 157.7x74.8x8.1mm.
OnePlus 7 Pro
Alongside OnePlus 7, the Pro variant will also be unveiled on 14 May. According to reports, the Pro variant wills port a 6.71-inch Full HD+ Super Optic screen. In terms of imaging capabilities, the phone will come with a 48MP primary sensor, a 16MP secondary sensor, and an 8MP sensor.
The handset is reported to run Android 9 Pie at launch and come with a Snapdragon 855 SoC under the hood. Also, it will come with 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage. And it will have USB-C 3.1 port and a battery with a capacity of 4,000mAh, alongside 30W Warp Charge fast charging solution.
Google Pixel 3A
The upcoming affordable smartphones of Google, Google Pixel 3A will debut on May 7 when Google I/O developer conference occurs. The event will take place at California-based Amphitheatre from May 7-9.
The handset will come with 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. In terms of the camera department, it will sport a 12.2MP camera on the back and an 8MP camera on the front. Besides, it is said to sport a 5.6-inch 2,220x1,080 screen. Under the hood, it will come with a Snapdragon 710 chipset or Snapdragon 670 chipset. The smartphone will be powered by a battery with a capacity of 3,000mAh, supporting 18W fast charging technology. Additionally, it is expected to run Android 9.0 Pie.
Google Pixel 3A XL
Alongside Google Pixel 3A smartphone, Google is said to unveil another variant – the Google Pixel 3A XL at its Google I/O developer conference. The 3A XL smartphone is the larger version of the Google Pixel 3A lineup.
According to reports, the Pixel 3A XL will sport a 6-inch OLED screen with Full HD+ resolution (2,220x1,080 pixels). And it will come with a Snapdragon 670 chipset, paired with 4GB RAM and 6GB internal storage for the base variant. Similar to the Pixel 3A, the phone will come with a battery with a capacity of 3,000mAh as well and 18W fast charging solution. It will also run Android 9.0 Pie out-of-the-box.
Asus ZenFone 6
ASUS phone maker will unveil its ZenFone 6 and ZenFone 6Z in Valencia, Spain on 16 May. The Zenphone 6Z is said to support the 18W fast charging solution. The handset will have dual rear cameras. The back panel of this smartphone will also have a fingerprint sensor in square shape placed under the camera module. And the device will also come with a real bezel-less screen with a hole-punch display.
The Zenfone 5Z smartphone will sport a display with Full HD+ (1,080 x 2,340 pixels) resolution. The device will have a Snapdragon 855 SoC, paired with an Adreno 640 GPU and 6GB RAM. The handset is expected to run Android 9.0 Pie. One of the phone’s highlights is its 48MP front-facing sensor for taking selfies as well as video calling.
Honor 20 Pro
Honor, a sub-brand of Huawei, has officially confirmed it will introduce the latest Honor 20 lineup in London on 21 May 2019. The lineup will comprise of smartphones such as Honor 20 Lite, Honor 20i, Honor 20 Pro. The Honor 20 Pro smartphone will have a quad rear camera setup and a dark blue gradient finish. The primary camera of the device is said to be a 48MP Sony IMX600 lens.
According to rumors, the handset will also have a 20MP wide sensor, an 8MP telephoto sensor, and a ToF sensor. The smartphone is expected to come with a Kirin 980 chipset, paired with 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. The device will also have some features like PU Turbo, Link Turbo, and Gaming+.
Honor 20 Lite
The Honor 20 Lite smartphone is set to debut on 21 May. According to rumors, the smartphone will sport a 6.21-inch LCD screen with a dewdrop notch and a 1,080 x 2,340-pixel resolution. Additionally, it will come with triple rear cameras comprising of a 24MP f/1.8 camera, an 8MP 120 degree ultra wide sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. Also, the phone sports a 32MP f/2.0 front-facing camera.
The device will run Android 9.0 Pie and come with a battery with a capacity of 3,400mAh. Also, it will have a fingerprint sensor on the back. Under the hood, it is said to come with a Kirin 710 chipset produced on 14nm process, 4GB RAM + 128GB internal storage, expandable to 256GB through a microSD slot.

Alongside Honor 20 Lite and Honor 20 Pro, Huawei’s sub-brand, Honor will unveil the Honor 20i as well as its event taking place on 14 May. The company has released this smartphone in the Chinese market in 3 memory variants comprising of 6GB RAM + 64GB storage with the price tag of CNY1,599 (Rs. 16,586 roughly), 4GB RAM + 128GB storage for CNY1,599 (Rs. 16,586 roughly), and 6GB RAM + 256 storage for CNY2,199 (Rs. 22,833 roughly).

Nubia Red Magic 3
Nubia Red Magic 3 is set to debut on 28 April in an event taking place in Beijing, China. However, the same smartphone will launch in the Indian market alongside its nubia pods, Alpha, and flexible smartwatch in this May.
The smartphone will have air and liquid cooling which should support to cool the CPU’s core temperature ideally while playing heavy games. The handset will come with a Snapdragon 855 chipset paired with an Adreno 640 graphics card. It is said to have up to 12GB RAM and sport a display refresh rate from 120Hz. This gaming smartphone will be powered by a battery with a capacity of 3,800mAh. And it will have a 4D vibration system which offers better haptic feedback during gaming sessions.
Samsung Galaxy Fold
The first foldable device of Samsung - Galaxy Fold smartphone is scheduled to be unveiled in the Indian market early. According to the reports, this foldable phone will debut in this country in May. And the phone is known to have launched at the company’s Galaxy Unpacked 2019 taking place in March in San Francisco with the high-end pricing of US$1,980 (Rs.1,40,000 roughly). The device can have a higher price tag in the Indian market because it is expected not to be produced in this market. Therefore, India has to import this smartphone. According to the reports, the Samsung Galaxy Fold probably has the starting price tag of about Rs. 2,00,000 in the country.
The Galaxy Fold foldable phone sports two displays including a 7.3-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with QXGA+ resolution and an aspect ratio of 4.2:3 when it is opened and a 4.6-inch Super AMOLED display (21:9) with HD+ resolution when unfolded. The device features six cameras in total comprising of trip rear cameras which include a 12MP sensor with changeable aperture and OIS feature, a 12MP telephoto sensor with OIS feature, and 16MP ultra wide sensor. On the front, the phone sports a 10MP sensor at the top of the cover screen and two cameras including a 10MP sensor and a depth sensor at the top of the tablet screen. Also, the phone has up to two batteries that offer 4,380mAh total battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Fold is said to run Android 9.0 Pie-based One UI.
