After revealing press renders of the Galaxy S21, S21 Plus, and S21 Ultra, WinFuture's Roland Quandt continues to reveal the full specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. There are a few parameters we already know about, but he also reveals also a few interesting new details.

Most notably, Roland Quandt has confirmed that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will not ship with a charger in the box in Germany. Wired headphones will also be removed from the box, so a USB-C charging cable will be the only accessory users can get inside the box. The source only mentioned the German market, but it may also be applied to other markets around the world.
The leaker also confirmed that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will support the S Pen stylus. He further added that the stylus won’t be bundled with the phone. Instead, users will have to purchase it separately or a bundle that also includes one of Samsung’s smart view covers and a silicone case.
In addition, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will be equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery and support IP68 water and dust resistance. Its display will measure 6.8 inches and support 3,200 x 1,440p resolution with a 20: 9 aspect ratio.
In the US, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will be equipped with a Snapdragon 888 chip, while the versions in Europe and other markets will be equipped with the Exynos 2100 chipset.

Finally, the Galaxy S21 Ultra is tipped to feature 6 rear cameras, helping to improve camera performance. However, Roland Quandt notes that the main camera of the Galaxy S21 Ultra will have the same size as the one on the S20 Ultra.
