After the launch of the S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra earlier this year, Samsung is said to be developing a new smartphone in the same series, called Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. Recently, famous leakster @OnLeaks has suddenly shared the rendered image of this phone, thereby giving us a clearer look at the design right before the launch date.

As expected, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE will still have the same design as the standard Galaxy S20, with a flat AMOLED screen with slight curves on the sides and a punch-hole in the center to accommodate the selfie camera.
According to the source, the frame of the Galaxy S20 FE is made of chrome-plated metal, while the back is likely to be made of matte plastic that resists fingerprints. The device will have a screen that ranges from 6.4 inches to 6.5 inches in size, and the dimensions are tipped to be 161 x 73 x 8mm.
The back of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is also home to a triple-camera system placed in a rectangular module, which looks exactly like the Galaxy S20. On the right side, we will have the power button and the volume rocker while the bottom edge will accommodate a USB-C port, external speakers, and a microphone. In addition, the device also has the SIM tray located on the top edge.

Unfortunately, Samsung still won't bring back the 3.5mm headphone jack on the Galaxy S20 FE, similar to other devices in the series. In addition, due to the absence of a fingerprint sensor on the back, it is likely that this phone will have an under-display fingerprint sensor for biometrics security.

In terms of specifications, rumors suggest that the Galaxy S20 FE will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 865 processor. The device comes with up to 8GB of RAM, up to 512GB of internal memory, and is pre-installed with Android 10-based OneUI 2.5 interface.
Last month, leakster Ice Universe revealed that the Galaxy S20 FE will feature a 12MP Sony IMX555 main camera, which is also the sensor used on the Galaxy S20. In addition, the rear camera cluster of the handset also includes a 12MP wide-angle camera, an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. Meanwhile, the selfie camera on the front has a resolution of 32MP.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is also said to have a 120Hz screen, a 4,500mAh battery with fast charging, IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. Besides the 5G version, Samsung will also launch a 4G version of the Galaxy S20 FE at a cheaper price, although it might come with a different chipset.
According to the Korean site The Elec, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G will be sold for $ 750 (around Rs. 56,000) and launched in October this year. This price is significantly higher than the Galaxy S10 Lite, which was first priced at $650 (around Rs. 48,600). The phone will come in four color options: Red, White, Green, and Orange.
