Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra Survives JerryRigEverything's Durability Test

The Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra has an aluminum body and the new Gorilla Glass Victus, but can it survive JerryRigEverything's durability test?

The Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra is the most premium high-end flagship smartphone that Samsung has just launched. Priced at Rs. 1,04,999, you definitely won't want to scratch or break this smartphone right after you buy it, but that is not the case for JerryRigEverything as he continued with his famous durability tests, on the newly-released very expensive smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra Durability Test
Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra has just gone through the famous durability test by JerryRigEverything.

The Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra has a very sturdy design, aluminum body while its screen is protected by Corning's latest Gorilla Glass Victus, so this smartphone is expected to be very durable and will survive the durability test of JerryRigEverything. Despite having the new Gorilla Glass, the display of this phone still scratches at level 6 with deeper grooves at level 7.

The display and the fingerprint sensor below still perform well even with scratches on the scanning area. However, the Note20 Ultra's screen failed to recover from the fire-burning test, leaving part of the screen permanently damaged, which is quite uncommon for AMOLED panel.

The Note20 Ultra also performed very well in the bend test, with almost no damage under great pressure. JerryRigEverything's durability test also showed the durability of the new S Pen and part of the smartphone's internal components.

The Galaxy Note20 price in India is set at Rs. 77,999 for the 4G model, featuring 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. If you want to get the 5G model, go for the Galaxy Note20 Ultra (12GB RAM + 256GB storage), which will be priced at Rs. 1,04,999 in India.
