As revealed on Weibo, a purported case schematic for the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 has appeared. Although it is probably just a prototype, it has suggested quite a lot of interesting details, especially some similarities with the Galaxy S20 series.
First, you can see the vertically-placed camera setup placed in a rectangular module similar to recent smartphone models like the Galaxy A71 and Galaxy A51.
Samsung has traditionally brought unique features to the A-series for the first time to seek customers’ responses before deciding to apply on the Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series. Therefore it will not be surprising that the Galaxy Note 20 also owns something similar to the A-series.
The screen of the Galaxy Note 20 is said to be quite thin at the top and bottom, similar to the Galaxy S20. At the bottom of the device will still have a USB Type-C port, the S Pen stylus, speaker grille, and microphone.
However, it is still quite early to discuss the official design of the Galaxy Note 20. Like every year, the Galaxy Note series will inherit almost the entire configuration of the Galaxy S series but with several upgrades.
To recall, the current-gen Galaxy Note 10 series include two models - Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus. The Note 10 sports a 6.3-inch FHD+ Infinity-O screen and gets power from an Exynos 9825 SoC or Snapdragon 855 SoC. For photography, there are a 10MP selfie camera housed on the front punch-hole and a triple camera cluster at the back, including a 12MP main sensor, a 16MP wide-angle camera, and a 12MP telephoto camera. It is fueled by a 3,500 mAh battery, supporting 12W fast wireless charging and 25W fast charging.
As for the Galaxy Note 10 Plus, it boasts a bigger 6.8-inch display with QHD+ resolution. It has the same hardware specifications as its sibling except for several aspects. The device comes with an additional ToF camera at the back and a larger 4,300 mAh battery that supports 15W wireless charging and 45W fast charging.
