As per Amazon India, Samsung Galaxy M30s is expected to go on sales on 18 September. Additionally, the site also revealed several salient details. Also, the upgraded smartphone has already surfaced on the listing on TENNA with some confirmed additional features.

Accordingly, the upcoming Galaxy M30s will flaunt a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 1080p+ resolution and a notch for housing a 24MP front-facing shooter. In addition, the phone is tipped to measure 159 x 75.10 x 8.9 mm. Under the hood is likely to be Exynos 9611 SoC, coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage. The chipset has an octa-core Cortex A73 setup including quad-core processors clocked at 2.3 GHz and 1.7 GHz respectively. Additionally, it also comes with a Mali-G72 GPU.

The phone improves the camera setup of its predecessor – the Galaxy M30 phone with a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide angle sensor, and a 5MP depth sensor. To recall, the M30 comes with a 13MP + 5MP + 5MP rear camera setup and a 16MP selfie camera on the front.

Notably, the upcoming M30s will be packed with a huge 6,000 mAh battery with the support for 18W quick charging technology. As you may know, other Samsung smartphones typically have support for the 15W charging tech, including the Galaxy M30. In terms of software, the phone will run Android 9 Pie-based One UI. The upcoming handset will support dual SIM. Other connectivity options of the phone include GPS, USB OTG, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 3G, 4G, and USB Type-C.

As planned, the Galaxy M30s is set to be introduced in the Indian market next week with the expected price of Rs. 18,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage variant. In addition, the phone will be available for 2 color options including Green and Blue. However, so far, it remains unclear if the phone will arrive in other markets.
