The Samsung Galaxy M12 is expected to arrive soon, and now the handset has just made its appearance on the benchmark platform Geekbench. The device was listed in the platform under the model number SM-M127F. Its scores in the single-core and multi-core tests are respectively 178 and 1,025 points.
The listing also reveals key specs of the Galaxy M21, including RAM and chipset. The handset will reportedly carry Samsung’s Exynos 850 chipset, which has already been used on the Galaxy A21s launched earlier this year. In addition, the Geekbench listing further reveals that Samsung will pack 3GB of RAM and Android 11 on this phone.
For now, we have no information regarding the Samsung Galaxy M12 price and launch in India, but we believe that it should be released in India soon as the handset has already received Bluetooth SIG, Wi-Fi Alliance, and BIS certifications.
In case you missed it, the Samsung Galaxy M12 renders surfaced online recently. The CAD-based renders revealed the design of the phone in full. You won’t see the punch-hole style on this phone as Samsung goes back to the water-drop notch design. At the back, there is a square-shaped camera housing, that accommodates a total of four cameras and a single LED flash. You can also see a fingerprint reader at the back of this phone for biometrics security. Finally, other leaks also tipped that the device will measure 163.9x75.9x8.9 mm and pack a massive 7,000 mAh battery, possibly with fast charging support.
