Samsung Galaxy A70s Goes Official in India With 64MP Triple Camera Setup

The Galaxy A70s has finally been unveiled in India as Samsung’s first phone with a 64MP sensor. The phone has already been in the rumor mill for a while, and it is now available globally. It has nearly the same specs as its sibling Galaxy A70 that launched earlier in the year. The key difference between the two phones is the Samsung ISOCELL Bright 64MP sensor. Under the hood, it still draws power from the same Snapdragon 675 chipset and a large battery that supports 25W fast charging solution.
Samsung Galaxy A70s: Price & Availability
The price of the Galaxy A70s in India starts from Rs. 28,999 for the entry-level variant with 6GB of RAM / 128GB of storage. There is also an 8GB of RAM / 128GB of storage model, and it is retailed at Rs. 30,999. Users can start purchasing the handset from today in three color variants - Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush White, and Prism Crush Red.

Launch offers for the Galaxy A70s include Rs. 75 cashback on recharge of Rs. 255 via MyIdea App and MyVoda App to Idea and Vodafone users, Airtel Double Data on recharge of Rs. 249, Rs. 299, and Rs. 349, Jio Double Data on recharge of Rs. 198, and Rs. 299.
Samsung Galaxy A70s: Specifications
The Galaxy A70s sports a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution and U-shaped notch for a selfie camera. For software, there is a fingerprint reader under the display for biometric authentication. Powering the phone is an octa-core Snapdragon 675 chipset with 6/8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage (expandable up to 512GB).

In terms of camera, it is equipped with a triple camera setup that includes a 64MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 5MP depth-sensing camera, and an 8MP ultra-wide shooter. The cameras support Night mode, Live Focus, and recording videos at 4K Ultra HD resolution. On the front, there is a 32MP shooter for taking selfies and video chats. Finally, it is fueled by a 4,500 mAh battery that can be charged with 25W fast charging solution.
