Samsung Galaxy A02s Listed On Geekbench With Key Specs, Might Launch Soon

Since the Samsung Galaxy A02s has surfaced on multiple platforms, its launch should be around the corner.

It appears that Samsung is working on a new entry-level smartphone as the Samsung Galaxy A02s moniker was previously spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification website and now the handset is listed on the popular benchmark platform Geekbench with model number SM-A025G. According to the Geekbench listing, the upcoming Galaxy A20s will feature 3GB of RAM, Android 10, and a Qualcomm chipset. The device scored 756 points in the single-core test and 3,934 points in the multi-core test.

While the Geekbench listing doesn’t specify the chipset, the Samsung Galaxy A02s could feature a Snapdragon 450 chipset based on the Adreno 506 GPU mentioned in the source code. Sadly, these are all the details we can give at the moment. However, since the phone has appeared on multiple platforms, we expect to see its debut soon.

On a separate note, Samsung is also working on the second offering in the Galaxy F series, called Galaxy F12. The device’s model number is said to be SM-F127G. Rumor has it that this phone is just a rebranded model of a Galaxy M smartphone. From the model number, we believe that it should be called Galaxy F12. To recall, the first Galaxy F-series smartphone from Samsung is the Galaxy F41, which launched earlier this month. The device is currently up for sales on Flipkart at a starting price of Rs. 16,999. We don’t know much about this phone, but it should come with 4G LTE, Android 10, an Exynos chipset, and triple rear cameras.
