OnePlus is set to launch its OnePlus 7T in India on September 26, which probably coincides with the release of the OnePlus TV confirmed to debut in September. And now Pricebaba and @Onleaks has posted renders with high resolution and a 360o video clip which detail the phone’s design.
As per the renders, the upcoming phone will sport a circular triple rear camera setup. Additionally, there will be a McLaren Senna Edition as well, which is named after Ayrton Senna, a famous F1 racer. So far, there have been few details about this version.
In addition, the renders showed that the phone will sport a similar design of the front to OnePlus 7. The handset allegedly flaunts a 6.5-inch screen, which is larger than the 6.41-inch display found on its predecessor. In addition, the display also has a notch for housing a selfie sensor.
And as you can see, the phone seems to have thinner bezels on its two sides while its chin is still thick. The right edge of the handset features Alert Slider and power button. Meanwhile, the volume button is put on the left edge. Additionally, the phone’s top edge will still only have a microphone while its bottom edge houses microSD slot, speaker and USB-C port.
The biggest change in the design of the OnePlus 7T is on the rear panel. Accordingly, the phone will come with a horizontally-aligned circular triple rear camera module instead of vertically-aligned dual-camera setup found on its predecessor. The three sensors are expected to be separated by angular lines. In addition, the phone will also have a LED flash put under the lens in the center of the setup.
Moreover, the rear panel also has a OnePlus logo under the camera module. The renders also showed antenna lines towards the bottom and the top on both edges. The back panel will be made of glass with the 3D curved design. Additionally, the device is expected to measure 161.2x74.5x8.3 mm.
It is known that these renders are similar to the real-life photos of the OnePlus 7T Pro leaked before. Apart from Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset, and 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage that are nearly certain, we could hear more information about the OnePlus 7T in upcoming weeks. The handset is tipped to debut in the Indian market on 26 September before the launch in EU and US on 10 October. The phone will be available for sales on 15 October. Additionally, it will be unveiled along with the 7T Pro and McLaren Senna Edition.
