Redmi Note 7 Series Reach 10 Million Units Sold Worldwide

In just 129 days, the Redmi Note 7 series, which includes Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 7 Pro, Redmi Note 7, has reached 10 million units sold worldwide.

Redmi is all set to unveil its first flagship series, Redmi K20 tomorrow. However, ahead of the official launch, the Chinese brand has another big thing to be proud of, and that is the 10-million units sold mark of its very popular Redmi Note 7 series. It only took the brand 129 days to reach that impressive figure.
Xiaomi’s founder Lei Jun also announced the news on China’s Weibo, and he later shared some photos with key executives of Xiaomi and Redmi.

According to Jun, this milestone is a huge victory and also a testament of “holding Xiaomi values, such as high quality and value for your money”. He also said that Xiaomis is all set for the upcoming launch event for the Redmi K20 that takes place tomorrow.
There are currently three phones in the Redmi Note 7 series, including Redmi Note 7, Note 7S, and Note 7 Pro. There are not a whole lot of differences between the three phones. The Redmi Note 7 Pro is the top-end model in the series with a mid-range Snapdragon 675 SoC and a 48MP Sony IMX 586 sensor.

In addition, the Redmi Note 7S is the latest addition to the series with a 48MP Samsung GM1 sensor. The phone is pretty much the Indian version of the global Redmi Note 7. Xiaomi previously announced the Note 7 in India with only a 12MP + 2MP dual camera setup instead of the 48MP + 5MP setup on the global version of the phone. Moreover, Xiaomi was recently said to be planning to phase out the Redmi Note 7 in India for the Redmi Note 7S.

You can purchase the entry-level variant of the phone with 3GB of RAM + 32GB of storage for Rs. 10,999. The top-end model with 4GB of RAM + 64GB of storage is priced at Rs. 12,999.
