Redmi has recently teased a new color for the Redmi Note 7 series around two days ago. Now, the brand reveals that the color variant will be called Mirror Flower Water Moon, and it is already up for sale in its home market China via the brand’s online store.
This Mirror Flower Water Moon model of the Redmi Note 7 will be available in 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant for RMB 1,399 (around Rs. 14,000), while the Redmi Note 7 Pro model is retailed at RMB 1,599 (around Rs. 16,000) for the option with 6GB RAM + 128GB of storage. However, users can grab one of the two phones with a discount of RMB 200 (around Rs. 2,000) for a certain amount of time. We are not sure whether the company will bring this color variant to other markets. Moreover, we are also wondering whether the Redmi Note 7S will also have the same color variant in the coming time. Let's wait and see, we will keep you updated.
Meanwhile, the Xiaomi’s sub-brand also announced the Redmi K20 series in India yesterday. The series include the Redmi K20 and K20 Pro, both of which sport a pop-up selfie camera. They are also the first phones from the brand to ever feature that design. Under the hood, while the Redmi K20 is powered by a Snapdragon 730 SoC, the Redmi K20 Pro is equipped with the more powerful Snapdragon 855 SoC. Apart from these differences, the two phones are nearly identical. They both come with a triple camera setup on the rear and a 20MP selfie camera on the front. Fueling the phones are two 4,000mAh batteries. However, while the Redmi K20 has support for 18W fast charging solution, the Redmi K20 Pro's battery can be refilled with the 27W fast charging tech.
The Redmi K20's price starts from Rs. 21,999 while the Redmi K20 Pro is priced from Rs. 27,999. They will go on sale on 22 July via Flipkart, Mi Home stores, and Mi.com.
