The Redmi Note 10 Pro should be among the first models in the Redmi Note 10 series, slated to launch sometime this month.

It seems like Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Redmi Note 10 Pro in India as the handset has just been spotted on the BIS database by tipster Mukul Sharma. On the list of the certified Xiaomi smartphones, we see one with the model number M2101K6I, which appears to be the Indian version of the Redmi Note 10 Pro. The global variant of the phone, which is codenamed M2101K6G, was listed on the FCC database early this week.

For now, we have no idea about the Redmi Note 10 Pro launch date in India, but it should be one of the first Redmi smartphones to arrive in the country, just like its predecessor Redmi Note 9 Pro. According to previous reports, the handset could make its debut in India with 4G support, while Xiaomi will reportedly release a 5G variant for the Chinese market.

The Note 10 Pro specs could include a Snapdragon 732G SoC, according to XiaomiUI Telegram. The source also reveals that the device will come with an IPS LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. For photography, the Redmi Note 10 Pro will reportedly feature a 64MP main camera and pack a 5,050 mAh battery under the hood. Interestingly, it appears that Xiaomi will also release an NFC version to the global market and a non-NFC version for the Indian market, much like the POCO X3. Finally, the FCC certification suggests that the handset will be equipped with up to 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and boot Android 11 out of the box with MIUI 12 running on top.
