Early this week, the retail box of the Redmi Note 10 surfaced online, confirming the AMOLED panel, which would be a huge upgrade over its predecessor. Now, an Indian retailer Anis Mobile shared a hands-on video of the phone, in which the key specs and features of the Note 10 are revealed.

Previous reports have suggested that the Redmi Note 10 color variants will include White, Grey, and Green. The unit on the aforementioned hands-on video is in Grey. We also notice that the model number of the handset is labeled on the back panel as M2101K7AI. That is the model number of the Indian version of this phone that was leaked earlier. At the top left corner of the back panel, there seems to be a quad-camera lens setup, which will reportedly be led by a 48MP main sensor.
We also spotted the Always-on Display feature on the Settings page of the Redmi Note 10 on the hands-on video. That feature can only be found on smartphones with AMOLED panels. That further confirms that the Redmi Note 10 lineups will be the first one coming with AMOLED panels. Rumor has it that they will only support a standard 60Hz refresh rate, which is quite expected for a budget series like this one.

At the top edge, there seems to be an IR blaster and a loudspeaker while the bottom edge appears to house a headphone jack, a USB Type-C port, and another loudspeaker. The ‘About’ section shows that the unit on the video has 128GB of storage and runs on Android 11-based MIUI 12.0.1.

Performance-wise, the Redmi Note 10 is tipped to get the Snapdragon 678 SoC. For now, we have no idea about the battery capacity, display size, and fast charging capability of this phone. As for the Redmi Note 10 price in India, Anis Mobiles suggests that it should be around Rs. 17,000, which is significantly higher than that of the Redmi Note 9 (Rs. 11,999). The Redmi Note 10 launch will take place on March 4th, in which the brand will also introduce the Redmi Note 10 Pro & Redmi Note 10 Pro Max.
