The company alleges that the discounted price of the smartphone is a segment of Diwali Mi sale and it is for the first time that the phone went to such low prices at the sale time in Indian markets. Ahead of the sale, the company is offering a 10 percent extra discount on HDFC card payment.

The base model of Redmi 7A which features 2GB RAM will be sold at Rs 4,999 while the top model with a storage of 32 GB will be fixed to be sold at Rs 6,999. Redmi 8A will be launched on September 25

The company claims that there was no hurry as they were going to unveil the specifications and price of the latest model tomorrow. Check it, look at its specs, and then decide which suits you best. If you are looking for a phone in a lower range, then pick Redmi 7A but if you are looking for specifications then go for Redmi 8A.

Interestingly, the mega Diwali sale on the company's official website will start from September 28 and will last till October 4. The sale will begin at 12 PM on the beginning day. Moreover, the new smartphone is expected to be the latest version of 7A, which supports fast charging, powerful RAM, great storage, sleek design, and long-lasting battery.
