The Realme XT is now available in India. The focus of its launch event was to announce the Realme XT launch date and price in the country, as its specs were already revealed earlier. The highlights of the phone are obviously the 64MP Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor and the Snapdragon 712 SoC. The device also arrives as the first phone in India to feature a 64MP sensor.
Realme XT: Price

The handset is priced at Rs. 15,999 in India for the entry-level variant with 4GB of RAM / 64GB of storage. It is also available in 6GB of RAM / 64GB of storage model and 8GB of RAM / 128GB of storage. They are retailed Rs. 16,999 and Rs .18,999, respectively.
The device is slated to go on sale via Flipkart from 12 p.m on 16 September and offline stores at a later date. Moreover, there will be only 64,000 units of the Realme XT available in its first sale. Those who are lucky to get one will also get screen replacement for free for six months.
Realme XT specifications
The Realme Xt comes with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED panel with a water-drop notch for the selfie camera and an impressive screen-to-body ratio of 91.9 percent. For security, there is an in-display fingerprint reader for users to unlock the phone.
The phone will be protected on both the front and back with layers of Gorilla Glass 5. It draws powerful from the Snapdragon 712 chipset, coupled with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The brand also equips it with HyperBoost 2.0 technology for better gaming performance.

Fueling the phone is a 4,000 mAh battery with support for VOOC 3.0 tech (20W). Software-wise, it ships with Android 9.0 Pie with Oppo’s ColorOS 6 at launch, along with some features like customized fonts, Google’s Digital Wellbeing, Apple Clone, and Dark Mode.

On the imaging front, it is equipped with a 64MP main sensor, alongside 8MP + 2MP + 2MP sensors at the back. For selfies and video chats, it has a 16MP snapper on the front. Its cameras are said to support recording video up to 4K resolution and EIS as well as camera modes like Chromaboost and Nightscape.
