Today (June 25), Realme has just launched two new mid-range smartphones in India, called Realme X3 and X3 SuperZoom. Basically, this is a watered-down version of the X3 SuperZoom that the company introduced in Europe last month.
Realme X3: Price & Availability
The handset will go on sales on 30th June with a starting price of Rs. 24,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB memory model. Meanwhile, the top-end model with 8GB RAM + 128GB of memory has a retail price of Rs. 25,999. The Realme X3 SuperZoom, on the other hand, arrives in 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. They are retailed at respective prices of Rs. 27,999 and Rs. 32,999.
On the other hand, the Realme X3 SuperZoom has an 8GB + 128GB storage variant at Rs. 27,999 and a 12GB + 256GB storage option at Rs. 32,999. Both of them will up for grabs in two distinct color variants, namely Arctic White and Glacier Blue.
You can purchase the two phones on 30th June at 12 p.m via Realme.com and Flipkart. Users can also pre-order the phone from today until 27th June.
Realme X3: Specifications & Features
The biggest differences between the Realme X3 and X3 SuperZoom are front and rear cameras. Specifically, the vanilla model only has a 16MP main camera + 8MP wide-angle camera on the front, while the X3 SuperZoom has a 32MP + 8MP selfie camera setup.
Moving to the back, the Realme X3 still carries on itself a system of four cameras arranged vertically, including 64MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and 2MP macro camera. However, the 8MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom seen on X3 SuperZoom has been replaced by a 12MP telephoto camera, which supports 2x optical zoom.
On the front, the two phones both rock a 6.6-inch IPS LCD screen, supporting Full HD + resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. They are equipped with a high-end Snapdragon 855+ processor, combined with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB UFS 3.0 internal memory.
The two models come with a 4,200mAh battery, that supports 30W wired fast charging, and has a fingerprint sensor on the right side for security. Like the recently launched Realme smartphones, they are also pre-loaded with Android 10-based Realme UI out of the box.
