Realme X2 With Snapdragon 730G & Quad Rear Cameras Finally Arrives In India

The Realme X2 already launched in China as the first destination and later arrived in Europe. Now, the handset finally makes its way to India. The handset was announced at a launch event in New Delhi in an additional color variant.

Realme X2: Availability & Price
Indian users can grab the Realme X2 via the company’s online store or Flipkart from 20 December. Aside from the Pearl Blue and Pearl White, the Realme X2 also comes in a brand new Pearl Green in the country.
The starting price of the Realme X2 is Rs. 16,999 for the 4GB RAM / 64GB storage variant. The price goes up to Rs. 18,999 for the 6GB RAM / 128GB storage model and Rs. 19,999 for the 8GB RAM / 128GB storage option.
Realme X2: Features & Specifications
The Realme X2 has a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display on the front. The screen supports up to Full-HD+ (2,340 x 1,080p) resolution and is protected by a layer of Gorilla Glass 5. On the software side of things, it runs on Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6 on top. However, users can now upgrade its software to the latest Android 10.

Providing processing power for the phone is a Snapdragon 730G SoC under the hood. The chipset is aided by up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.1 storage. You can further expand its storage with the dedicated microSD card slot (up to 256GB). The capacity of its battery is 4,000 mAh and it can be quickly recharged with 30W fast charging solution. Security-wise, it gets an under-display fingerprint reader.

In the camera department, Realme goes for a quad-camera system at the back of the Realme X2. The setup includes a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide snapper, a 2MP dedicated macro lens, and a 2MP depth-sensing unit. On the front, there is a 32MP camera that can be used to take selfies and video chats.
