Realme is well known as a mid-range phone maker. Recently, it has changed its strategy and started participating in high-end segment. It is said that the first flagship phone from this brand is Realme X2 Pro. The brand also officially announced that the phone would have 90Hz screen refresh rate. Additionally, according to the shared screenshot, the handset is likely to feature Dark Theme mode. Now Realme confirmed its first flagship phone is actually named “Realme X2 Pro”. The smartphone is expected to spot a Fluid AMOLED screen with a Snapdragon 855+ chipset inside. Additionally, the landing page of Realme site also suggested that the upcoming handset will come with a quad rear camera setup including a 64-megapixel main sensor like the Realme X2/XT. But instead of a macro sensor, the phone will have a telephoto sensor with 20X hybrid zoom. Additionally, the phone’s ultra-wide sensor will feature 115o field of view and be able to capture 2.5 mm macro shots.
Moreover, the phone is said to come with the support for 50W SuperVOOC quick charging tech. In terms of software, the phone runs ColorOS 6.1 based on Android 9 Pie at launch. The device would feature Nightscape 2.0 mode for capturing in low-light environment, in addition to real-life bokeh in recording videos, and enhanced image stabilization algorithm. The upcoming phone is likely to have RMX1931 model number and it has been certified by Bluetooth SIG. According to the listing, the handset would flaunt a 6.55-inch display with full HD+ resolution and a dewdrop notch. Additionally, the phone is expected to have an on-screen fingerprint sensor. It also supports dual-band Wifi and Bluetooth v5.0.
Unfortunately, there has been not much information about the battery capacity, RAM and storage of the phone so far. The phone is set to be unveiled in Spain early, and according to the teasers, the phone will also arrive in the U.K. Additionally, the handset could be available in the Indian market in December along with the Realme XT 730G. For further information, we should wait a few more days.
