OPPO's sub-brand Realme will introduce the Realme X2 Pro flagship at a launch event in Madrid on 15 October. The device is considered as one of the most-anticipated phones. It is known that the phone will be powered by a Qualcomm 855+ chipset under the hood. It also sports an AMOLED display, a quad rear camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor and a telephoto sensor. The phone is probably the biggest budget phone with a screen refresh rate of 90Hz. Other key specs comprise of the 50W quick charging tech and Dolby Atmos dual-stereo speakers.
The brand is tipped to launch the X2 Pro in Europe and Asia simultaneously. However, so far, there has been no information about the release event in Asia. Along with this, Realme will also be launching the Realme XT’s re-branded variant – Realme X2 and Realme 5 Pro in Euro on the same day.

Realme X2 Pro specifications
The phone will come with a Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC with better graphics performance and higher clock speed than the Snapdragon 855 SoC. In addition, the phone will flaunt a 6.55-inch Fluid AMOLED screen with 90Hz refresh rate and system-wide dark mode support. In terms of imaging capabilities, the handset will come with a similar camera module as the XT/X2, but the macro sensor will be replaced with a telephoto sensor with support for 20X hybrid zoom. Additionally, there is an ultra-wide-angle sensor with 115o field-of-view, which offers 2.5mm macro shots.
Additionally, the handset allegedly features the 50W SuperVOOC fast charging solution which can fully charge the phone in a short time. In the software department, the handset will run Android 9.0 Pie-based ColorOS 6 at launch. In addition, it will also have an on-screen fingerprint sensor, a dewdrop notch, dual-band Wifi, and Bluetooth v5.0.
