Realme X Lite Goes Official In China With Snapdragon 710 SoC & 25MP Selfie Camera

The Realme X Lite shares the same specifications, design, and other features to the Realme 3 Pro.

Realme just officially announced its latest smartphones in the Chinese market, called Realme X & Realme X Lite. The Realme X is a brand-new smartphone with cool features like pop-up selfie camera, on-screen fingerprint scanner, dual rear cameras with a 48MP sensor, and more. Meanwhile, the Realme X is just a rebranded model of the Realme 3 Pro that was launched in India last month.

Realme X Lite: Price in China

The rebranded model of the Realme 3 Pro is priced at CNY 1,199 (around Rs. 12,400) for the base option with 4GB of RAM + 64GB of internal storage. It will cost you CNY 1,299 (around Rs. 13,400) to buy the models with 6GB of RAM + 64GB internal storage. The top-end model with 6GB of RAM + 128GB of storage will come with a price tag of CNY 1,499 (around Rs. 15,300). Three will be two color variants for you to choose, including Lightning Purple and Nitro Blue. It will go on sale in China from 20 May.

Realme X Lite: Specs & Features

The handset sports a 6.3-inch FHD+ dewdrop notched panel on the front with Gorilla Glass 5 protection and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Powering the Realme X Lite is a Snapdragon 710 SoC which is the same as the Realme X. The processor is paired with HyperBoost 2.0 and 3/6GB of RAM + 64/128GB of storage.

In terms of camera, it sports a dual camera setup, including a 16MP primary camera with f/1.7 aperture and a 5MP depth unit with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, it has a 25MP selfie camera housed on the front water-drop notch. For software, it will ship with the latest Android 9.0 Pie at launch with Oppo’s ColorOS 6 on top. It is fueled by a large 4,045 mAh battery with support for Oppo's VOOC 3.0 that is claimed to allow the handset to charge 50% of battery in just 30 minutes. Lastly, the Realme X Lite features a fingerprint scanner mounted on the rear for biometric authentication.
