Last week, a mysterious Realme phone was listed on TENAA along with the Realme 3 Pro. The handset surfaced on the website under the model number RMX1901. Going by the photos and specs listed on TENAA website, this Realme RMX1901 might be a rebranded version of the Oppo Reno Lite. now, the brand has just posted a new teaser video for this upcoming handset on the company’s Weibo page.

Realme RMX1901: Expected Specs & Design
The official video teaser from the brand confirms that the handset will feature a pop-up front camera and it will come to the Chinese market pretty soon. For now, we haven’t known whether the phone will be exclusively offered in China or it will be globally announced. As shown on the photos on TENAA’s listing, the handset will have almost the same design as the rumoured Oppo Reno Lite. The phone will come with a gradient color at its back along with a dual camera setup.
Aside from the design, we believe that the handset will also have a similar set of specifications as the Oppo Reno Lite. According to previous leaks, the Reno Lite will be powered by Snapdragon 710 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM / 128GB of storage. The handset will pack a 6.5-inch AMOLED panel with FHD+ (2,340 x 1,080p) resolution and an on-screen fingerprint scanner. The Realme RMX1901 will be not on the first phone from the brand to come with a pop-up front camera but also the first to have an on-screen fingerprint scanner and an AMOLED panel as well.
In terms of camera, the alleged Reno Lite is said to have a dual 16MP and 2MP cameras on its rear along with a 16MP pop-up front camera. Lastly, both the Realme and Oppo offerings will come with Oppo’s ColorOS 6.0 which is based on the latest Android 9 Pie.
