Realme Announced Realme 3 New Variant With 3GB RAM/64GB Storage In India

Shortly after announcing a new variant for the Realme 3 Pro with 6GB RAM / 64GB storage, Realme goes on announcing a new option for the non-Pro Realme 3 in the Indian market. To recall, the phone was launched in two memory configurations, including 3GB RAM / 32GB storage and 4GB RAM / 64GB storage. This new option will have 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, and it will go on sale from 2 May at 12 a.m via Flipkart and the company’s website.
Realme 3: Price & Availability
The handset currently costs Rs. 8,999 for the model with 3GB RAM / 32GB storage while the variant with 4GB RAM / 64GB storage is priced at Rs. 10,999. As this upcoming variant with 3GB of RAM / 64GB of storage is placed between two current variants, it will most likely cost Rs. 9,999. The phone is offered in three color variants, including Gradient Blue, Black, and Diamond Black.
Realme 3: Specs & Features
The handset comes with a 6.2-inch HD+ screen with 720 x 1,540p resolution, an aspect ratio of 19:9 and 450 nits brightness. The display is further protected by a layer of Gorilla Glass 3. With a water-drop on the top of the screen, it manages to achieve an 88.3 percent screen-to-body ratio. Powering the phone is an MTK Helio P70 SoC with 3GB / 4GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB of storage.
In terms of camera, the phone features a dual camera setup on the rear, including a 12MP main camera and a 2MP depth unit. There is also a 13MP AI selfie camera on the front.
As for software, it runs Oppo’s ColorOS 6.0 based on the latest Android 9 Pie. At the back, it comes with a fingerprint scanner for unlocking the phone. Realme also equips the phone with Face Unlock feature for additional security measure. It is backed by a 4,230mAh cell with 10W fast charging support.
