Yesterday, September 3, Realme - OPPO's sub-brand, launched two new mid-range smartphones in India, called Realme 7 & Realme 7 Pro. Both phones have a hole-punch screen design, four rear cameras, a huge battery, and fast charging support.

Realme 7 Pro
The phone owns a 6.4-inch Super-AMOLED screen, featuring Full-HD+ resolution and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The screen of the device has a 60Hz refresh rate, accounting for 90.8% of the front area and is protected by Corning's Gorilla Glass.
Inside, the device carries the hardware power from Qualcomm's Snapdragon 720G processor, combined with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. In addition, it also supports storage expansion with a microSD card and is pre-installed with Realme UI based on Android 10.
Moving to the back, the 7 Pro is equipped with a 4-camera system placed in a rectangular module, including a 64MP Sony IMX682 main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, 2MP macro camera, and 2MP black/white camera. Meanwhile, the device packs a 32MP camera on the front for picturing selfies and video calling.
The device comes with a 4,500mAh capacity battery, which supports 65W SuperDart Charge fast charging technology, allowing the battery to fully charge in just 34 minutes. On the other hand, it also comes with Dolby Atmos technology, Hi-Res certification, and dual speakers.

For the standard model, Realme only equips an LCD panel not AMOLED like the Pro version. The screen of the device is 6.5 inches in size and features a 90Hz refresh rate, Full-HD+ resolution, and a 20:9 aspect ratio.
The device gets a MediaTek's Helio G95 processor, combined with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. Just like its Pro sibling, this device also supports expansion with a microSD card. Of course, it also comes pre-installed with Android 10-based Realme UI interface to take care of the software side of things.
On the back, the handset is also equipped with 4 cameras with the same specifications as the Pro version, though the camera placement is slightly different from its sibling The device has a 16MP Sony IMX471 camera placed in the punch-hole on the front to take selfies and video calls.
Fueling the phone is a beefier 5,000mAh battery, but only supports 30W fast charging, and is integrated with a fingerprint sensor on the side. Both devices have a 3.5mm headphone jack, use a USB-C port, support 4G VoLTE, and Wi-Fi 802.11ac.
