Realme 6 & Realme 6 Pro With Gaming-Centric Chipsets Launched In India; Price Starts At Rs. 12,999

Today (February 5), Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro have been officially launched in India. These two smartphones come with powerful upgrades compared to their predecessors, including new chipsets, 90Hz screens, and 30W fast charging support.

Realme 6: Price in India & Specifications
The Realme 6 is Realme's first smartphone to come with the gaming-centric Helio G90T chipset. This processor is manufactured on 12nm process, has 8 cores with 2 Cortex A76 cores clocked at 2.05 GHz and 6 Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz, Mali-G76 MC4 GPU. It is available in three variants with 4 / 6 / 8GB of RAM and 64 / 128GB of storage.

The device has a 6.5 inch LCD screen like the Realme 5 but it is upgraded to Full-HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The screen is covered with Gorilla Glass 3 and a small punch-hole at the upper left corner that accommodates a 16 MP selfie camera (F / 2.0).

The back of the phone is a cluster of four cameras arranged vertically in the upper left corner. It includes a 64 MP Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 main sensor, an 8 MP super wide-angle F / 2.3 camera, a 2 MP macro camera, and 2 MP depth-sensing camera for portrait shots.
The Realme 6 has 64 GB and 128 GB UFS 2.1 internal storage and an additional microSD card for storage expansion. The smartphone also has a 4,300 mAh battery, which can be fully charged in around an hour thanks to the 30W fast charger bundled in the box.

As mentioned, the handset is available in three memory variants and here are the Realme 6 price in India.
- 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage model costs Rs. 12,999.
- 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage model costs Rs. 14,999.
- 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage model costs Rs. 15,999.
It will be available for sales from 11th March at 12 noon on Flipkart and Realme.com or you can pre-order the phone now by depositing Rs. 3,000.
Realme 6 Pro: Price in India & Specifications
The Realme 6 Pro uses the all-new Snapdragon 720G chipset, built on an 8nm process. It has 8 Kryo 465 cores clocked at 2.3 GHz, paired with Adreno 618 graphics, and 6 / 8 GB of RAM. The Snapdragon 720G is a gaming chipset released in India in late January 2020.

The smartphone has a 6.6-inch Full HD + LCD screen, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a pill-shaped punch-hole that is home to a dual selfie camera. The front camera setup includes a 16MP Sony IMX471 sensor with f / 2.0 aperture and an 8MP super wide-angle camera.

The rear camera is more impressive as it consists of four cameras, including a 64 MP main camera, a 12 MP F / 2.5 telephoto camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 105-degree viewing angle, and a 2 MP macro camera. Cameras support the new UIS and UIS Max Video Stabilization. The battery of Realme 6 Pro is similar to the vanilla model as it also has a capacity of 4,300 mAh and supports 30W fast charging.

Both smartphones have the Realme UI user interface based on Android 10. In addition, the Realme 6 Pro also comes with India's own NavIC satellite navigation system.
The Pro model is available for pre-order now as well, but the launch date will start from March 13 on Flipkart and Realme stores. The Realme 6 Pro prices in India are as follows:
