Oppo’s sub-brand Realme recently announced to enter Oppo’s home market - China and it is speculated to launch a high-end offering in the forthcoming months. The company partly confirmed that speculation by releasing a theme video yesterday. The video showed us the first glimpses of this upcoming phone. Now, a new Realme phone was listed on TENAA under the model number RMX1901 which suggests that the phone will be launched soon. The TENAA listing doesn’t reveal all the details of the phone, but it still has some photos of this upcoming handset. The handset is currently rumored to be called Realme X.

As shown on the photos, the alleged Realme X doesn’t come with either a selfie camera or top bezel. It means that this phone might be the same phone with a pop-up selfie camera that appeared in the theme video yesterday. Its back panel features a gradient finish with a Black and Blue shade as well as dual cameras. The fingerprint scanner is also nowhere to be seen on the back which might suggest that the phone will feature an on-screen fingerprint sensor instead.

The phone will measure 161.2x76x9.4 mm and come with a 6.5-inch FHD+ panel. It is said to pack a 3,680mAh battery and a 3.5mm audio jack. For the processor, the handset is rumored to be powered by the latest Snapdragon 855 chipset. However, it is better to wait for its TENAA listing to get updated in the next couple of days.
This phone will be the very first attempt from Realme in the high-end segment. For now, the brand hasn’t confirmed whether it will bring this device to the Indian market. We have also known that the TENAA listing of the Realme 3 Pro was also just spotted and we believe that both of these two phones will go official in the Chinese market very soon.
