POCO F2 Pro Announced With SND865; Price Starts At Around Rs. 40,000

Xiaomi has officially launched POCO F2 Pro in Europe on a live-streamed event. This is considered a successor to the Pocophone F1 (launched in 2018), with a beautiful design, many advanced features, and extremely powerful performance. We have also heard a few details about the POCO F2, but for now, the handset is still under wraps.

POCO F2 Pro: Price & Availability
The POCO F2 Pro has a starting price of 499 Euro (about Rs. 40,700) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB version. Meanwhile, the top-end model with 8GB RAM + 256GB of memory has a retail price of 599 Euro (about R. 48,900).

As expected, this phone will be officially hit the stores on 19th May and is open for preorder from today. It comes in four color versions for users to choose, including Neon Blue, Phantom White, Electric Purple, and Cyber Gray.
POCO F2 Pro: Specifications & Features
Xiaomi has switched to full-screen design with a pop-up selfie camera mechanism from the wide notch on the POCO F1. On the back, the device has four cameras arranged symmetrically inside a circular module.

Basically, the POCO F2 Pro is also the international version of the Redmi K30 Pro that Xiaomi introduced at the end of March in China. In addition to "renaming", the device still has the same specifications as the Redmi K30 Pro.
It is still equipped with a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED screen with Full HD + resolution (2400 x 1080 pixels), a 20:9 aspect ratio, and HDR10 support. The screen has a 60Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, protected by Gorilla Glass 5, and takes up 92.7% of the front surface.
Inside, the device possesses the hardware power comes from Qualcomm's high-end Snapdragon 865 processor, combined with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 internal memory. Of course, the device also supports dual-mode 5G / SA / NSA network connectivity and has 2 nano-standard SIM slots.
Moving to the back, POCO F2 Pro carries a 4-camera system placed in a circular module. This camera cluster includes the main 64MP Sony IMX686 sensor with an aperture of f / 1.69, a 13MP ultra wide-angle sensor with a 123-degree viewing angle, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 5MP telephoto lens that doubles up as a macro camera. The selfie camera is in the pop-up module on the front and has a 20MP resolution.

The device comes with a 4,700mAh battery, that supports 30W fast charging through USB-C port. It has an integrated under-screen fingerprint sensor, infrared sensor, 3.5mm headphone jack, Hi-Res Audio, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 6, IP53 water-resistant, and Android 10-based MIUI 11.
