OPPO Reno5 Pro will feature a 48MP quad-camera setup, 65W fast charging, 5G network, among other things.

OPPO Reno5 Pro specs have been revealed as the device has allegedly passed through the TENAA certification website with model number PDST00 and PDSM00. These model numbers are tipped to be the network versions of the upcoming Reno5 Pro. To recall, they were also spotted on the Geekbench database early this month. Now, we have more details about its specs and designs, thanks to the TENAA listing. The Reno5 series is expected to launch before the end of this year and include up to three models.

The photos attached to the TENAA certification show that the device will feature a quad-camera lens setup and a LED flash on the rear, all of which placed inside a rectangular housing. It appears that the OPPO Reno5 Pro will still have a punch-hole display with curves on the side. Because we don’t see any sign of the fingerprint sensor on the back or the side, we believe that the phone will have an under-screen fingerprint reader and thereby an AMOLED panel.

According to the TENAA listing, the OPPO Reno5 Pro specs will include a 2.6GHz octa-core chipset, which matches the descriptions of the Dimensity 1000+. It will also have a 6.55-inch Full-HD+ display with 2,340 x 1,080p resolution and come in two RAM variants, 8GB or 12GB. For photography, OPPO will pack four cameras at the back of the phone, which are 64MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP sensors. Other features include a 32MP front-facing camera and Android 11.

The whole system will be fueled by a battery with two parts, each of which has a capacity of 2,125mAh. That means the total capacity should be 4,250mAh, which is slightly higher than that of the Reno4 Pro. Finally, the phone will support 65W fast charging, 5G network, and measure 159.7 x 73.2 x 7.6 mm.
