According to the leaks coming from China, the first smartphone under Reno sub-brand will be launched next month. Slashleaks posted an image which is probably an advertisement for this upcoming Reno handset. The photo shows a phone in green finish back, and it is hard to immediately tell that it is a Reno-branded phone. Additionally, the handset features a triple rear camera setup, which seems similar to the prototype phone shown at this year MWC.

The Chinese phone maker has confirmed that this camera set up will comprise of a 48MP primary sensor with a 24mm focal length called Ultra Clear, an ultra-wide angle sensor with a 15.9mm focal length and a telephoto sensor using a periscope and prism architecture to gain the 10x lossless zoom. Both primary and telephoto cameras have optical image stabilization.

Additionally, according to Slashleaks, the first Reno-branded smartphone will sport a Full HD OLED screen with an on-screen fingerprint scanner. The Oppo VP has recently announced that three cameras of the device will feature a setup which will not have any camera bumps. And the phone probably comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset, paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. In addition, powering the device could be a battery with a capacity of 4,065mAh.
