OPPO Reno 3A Could Launch In India Soon; Mid-Range Specs Leaked

OPPO Reno 3A will likely be a mid-range smartphone and it is tipped to feature a Snapdragon 665 SoC and 48MP quad rear cameras.

The OPPO Reno 3A is one of the upcoming smartphones that OPPO’s sub-brand Reno is planning to release. The Reno 3A specifications have been revealed in a report from Price Baba and tipster Ishan Agarwal. Based on the specs, it is speculated to be a mid-range phone as a part of the OPPO Reno 3 series. According to the new report, the upcoming handset will have a Snapdragon 665 chipset, which is the same chipset used inside the newly-released OPPO A52 & OPPO A72. However, this phone will have a more premium design compared to the two OPPO A smartphones. Moreover, it is said to come with an AMOLED panel and 48MP quad rear cameras. For now, the Reno 3A launch and availability are still unknown.

OPPO Reno 3A: Specifications & Features

The Reno 3A specs are reported to include Snapdragon 665chipset and 6.44-inch AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution. For photography, it will likely be equipped with a quad-camera cluster at the back, comprising a 48MP main sensor with an f/1.7 lens, an 8MP secondary sensor with an f/2.25 lens, and two 2MP sensors, that could work as depth and macro units. For selfies, it is said to feature a 16MP snapper on the front. Just like many other mid-range smartphones launched recently, the handset will have Android 10 pre-loaded, with ColorOS 7 interface running on top.

Under the hood, the handset will pack a 4,025 mAh battery, that should support fast charging technology, which hasn’t been revealed yet. The phone could measure 161 x 74 x 8.2 mm and weigh 175g.
