OPPO Reno 3 Pro 5G To Launch In India On 2 March With 44MP Dual Selfie Cameras

OPPO Reno 3 Pro launch date in India is officially confirmed to be 2 March via a teaser on Amazon and Flipkart’s dedicated pages for the handset. On the pages, the handset is confirmed to carry a dual punch-hole selfie camera. To recall, the phone was announced in China with only one selfie shooter on the front and a Snapdragon 765G chipset. Meanwhile, the global variant of this phone, which will be announced in India on 2 March, will instead come with an Helio P95 chipset and dual selfie cameras.

Recently, the phone was said to make its debut in India on 27 February, but now the pages on Amazon and Flipkart reveal its launch date to be 2 March. However, there is a good chance that the OPPO Reno 3 Pro will be introduced on 27 February and go on sale on 2 March. Aside from Flipkart and Amazon, the handset could also hit offline retail stores in the country.

OPPO Reno 3 Pro: Specifications & Features

The phone will carry a 6.5-inch FHD+ OLED panel with a refresh rate of 90Hz and HRD10+ support. For security, it will feature an under-display fingerprint sensor for biometric security. It will be driven by a Snapdragon 765G chipset and support 5G connectivity. It will be available in multiple variants with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage.

At the back, we expect to see the same quad-camera cluster as on the Chinese version. The setup should include a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro camera, and a 13MP telephoto lens. It will be fueled by a 4,025 mAh battery, that supports 30W VOOC 4.0 fast charging technology. Software-wise, it will be pre-installed with Android 10-based ColorOS 7.0.
