Oppo R17 Pro King Of Glory Edition Launches: Specs and Price

Oppo just launches a New Year edition of its Oppo R17 Pro in the Chinese market and it's called Oppo R17 Pro King of Glory Edition.

Oppo is reportedly going to offer a new model of its latest flagship, the Oppo R17 Pro, in the Chinese market. The company has released a New Year Edition of the R17 Pro, and it’s called Oppo R17 Pro King of Glory. Consumers can now pre-order the handset at the online store of Oppo. Different from other special edition variants, this handset will differ from the regular model not only the outside but also inside of the phone. It will have a special theme of the top mobile game in China, King of Glory, and the game itself will also be included on the phone.
Oppo R17 Pro King of Glory Edition: Specifications
The limited edition will feature the same specs with the regular R17 Pro. It has a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a water-drop notch, a 2,340 x 1,080 pixels resolution and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It will also feature an in-display fingerprint scanner and a Snapdragon 710 processor along with 8GB of RAM/128GB of storage.
In the camera department, the phone features a triple camera system on the rear, including a 12MP primary sensor with a variable aperture of between f1.5 and f2.4, OIS and DPAF. The rear camera setup also comprises of a 20MP secondary sensor with an aperture of f2.6 and a TOF 3D sensor. For taking selfies, there is a 25MP sensor with an aperture of f2.0 and beauty mode. The phone runs Android 8.1 Oreo-based ColorOS 5.2 and comes packed with a 3,700 mAh battery with support for fast charging and an included 50W charger.
Oppo R17 Pro King of Glory Edition: Price
The special edition of the Oppo R17 Pro is a product of the partnership between Oppo & Tencent Games. The Chinese company will only offer this handset in a single variant with 8GB RAM/128GB storage. The handset has a nearly identical look with the Emerald Green model and has a King of Global branding on the back of the phone. This variant has the same price as the regular Oppo R17 Pro and consumers can now pre-order it for 4,299 CNY (around Rs. 43,900).
