The F11 Pro sports a 6.53-inch LCD Panoramic display with full HD+ resolution (2340 x 1080 pixels). The screen covers 90.9% of the front and has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The rear panel appears stunning with impressive gradient design when its front display is notch-free and nearly bezel-less. For performance, the handset is powered by MTK Helio P70 chipset as well as 4GB/6GB RAM and 64/128GB storage. This new smartphone runs on the ColorOS 6 which is based on Android 9.0 Pie. It also features the famous Hyperboost Acceleration Engine of OPPO which helps the overall performance accelerate during intense usage sessions.
In the camera department, the device features a pop-up 16MP front-facing camera called “Rising Camera” by the company. The pop-up selfie camera is put in the top center of the display and features Beautification mode backed by AI to improve the quality of Portrait mode to blur the background and selfies. It also supports software with the facial recognition feature.
One of the F11 Pro’s highlights is the 48MP primary rear camera paired with a 5MP secondary camera. The setup also gears with f/1.79 aperture and 6P lens, Color Engine and Ultra Night Mode including Ultra-clear Engine, AI Engine to enhance the quality of photos captured in low light conditions. Also, it has a Dazzle Color Mode feature for exposure and brightness. Thanks to the pixel-binning technology, a technique allows four adjacent pixels (2x2 grid)’s amalgamation into a super-pixel and results in a 48MP output. On the OPPO F11 Pro, its users can capture photos in 12MP. The company also says that the device’s rear camera setup can realize over 23 scene types and apply suitable settings automatically to capture impressive photos.
Furthermore, powering the device is a large battery with a capacity of 4,000mAh integrated the VOOC 3.0 charging technology, which can fully charge the phone from 0 to 100 percent in only 80 minutes. Additionally, the device comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Its dual camera setup is stacked vertically like that on the newly-released iPhone series. Regarding the connectivity, the handset has a dated micro-USB port instead of a USB-C port. Moreover, connectivity options include NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, and other standard options.
OPPO also released the F11 with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The device has quite similar specs as the Pro version, however, it features a dewdrop notch on the screen top instead of a rising front-facing camera. Also, the device packs only 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Another difference is in the battery, the handset is equipped with a battery with a capacity of 4,020mAh. The others remain identical to the Pro variant.
