Oppo has released its plan to launch the latest smartphone in its A-Series. According to what the company announced on Twitter, Oppo A7 will be on the Indian Market soon. The phone features a dual camera setup, a 4,230mAh battery, a 3.5mm audio jack, and an A.I powered selfie camera. The color range users have is wide and it utilizes Oppo's ColorOS 5.2.
However, little is known about the price and number of options the company offers in India.
The expected price of Oppo A7 in the Indian market
The Oppo A7’s price details have neither been revealed in Oppo is social media nor India listing. However, the latter does show the options, users have the choice between 3GB RAM, 32GB and 4GB RAM, 32GB storage.
Here are what we know about its release in China and Nepal.
In China, only the 4GB RAM, 64GB went official. It costs CNY 1,599 (an equivalent of Rs. 16,500). Users have the option of acquiring the phone in Fresh Powder, Amber Gold, or Lake Light Green.
In Nepal, the 3GB RAM, 32GB version of Oppo A7 comes at NPR 35,790 (about Rs. 22,200). The color range includes Glaze Blue and Glaring Gold. Indian market will share the same color options with Nepal.
Oppo A7 specifications
The Oppo A7 has Android 8.1 Oreo-based ColorOS 5.2 and octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor. It comes with a 6.2-inch screen, 88.3% ratio of screen-to-body, 19:9 aspect ratio, Adreno 506 GPU, and the latest “waterdrop” notch.
The dual camera system on the back features one primary sensor of 13 megapixels and one secondary sensor of 2 megapixels. There is another camera in front which is for selfies and is 16 megapixels. The phone also has 32GB of storage, which can be bumped up via a microSD card.
Oppo A7 comes at the size of 155.9x75.4x8.1 mm and the weight of 168g. It is powered by a battery of 4,230mAh and supports 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v4.2, GLONASS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, and a headphone jack measures 3.5mm.
