OPPO A5s With 4,230mAh Battery & Helio P35 SoC Launched In India

After launching the Oppo A5s in China, Oppo finally brings the Oppo A5s in the Indian market with a 4,230mAh cell and an MTK Helio P35 SoC.

After launching in the Chinese market, Oppo finally brings its Oppo A5s in India. This entry-level phone is said to be a slightly-upgraded model of the Oppo A5 that was launched last year.
OPPO A5s: Price
The handset is priced at Rs. 9,990 in India for the option with 2GB of RAM/16GB of storage which is in line with the previous rumor. The phone is offered in two color variants which are Red and Black. According to the Chinese phone maker, it will go on sale from 20 April in the market. The phone is also offered in an option with 4GB of RAM/64GB of storage but it hasn’t been launched yet. It will come to the country in the next month in two color variants, including gold and green.
Oppo is expected to offer the handset via major online channels including Amazon India, Flipkart, Tata CLiQ, PayTM Mall, Snapdeal. Offline stores will also offer the handset in the country.
OPPO A5s: Specs & Features
It sports a 6.2-inch In-Cell panel with HD+ resolution. Powering the phone is an MTK Helio P35 chipset under the hood, coupled with up to 4GB RAM/64GB of storage which can be further expanded via a microSD card slot up to 256GB.
In terms of camera, it comes with a dual camera system, including a 13MP primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a secondary 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. Up front, there is an 8MP shooter for video calling and taking selfies. It is backed by a large 4,230mAh cell with no fast charging support and a micro-USB port. As for security, it comes with a fingerprint scanner mounted on the rear.
