OPPO A52 Goes Official In India: SND665 & Quad Cameras For Rs. 16,990

OPPO A52 has been announced in India as a new offering in the mid-range segment. The device is introduced alongside the Enco W11 True wireless in-ear headphones. The highlights of the OPPO A52 are 6.5-inch punch-hole display, Snapdragon 665 SoC, and quad rear cameras.
OPPO A52: Price in India & Availability
For now, the brand only offers the handset in a 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model for a price of Rs. 16,990. However, it did say that the OPPO A52 will come in two more memory configurations in India soon, including 4GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. Users can purchase the phone in either Stream White or Twilight Black.
Launch offers for the A52 include a 5 percent cash back on Federal Bank Debit card EMI and Bank of Baroda Credit card EMI. Users can also get no-cost EMI up to 6 months on Debit and Credit card EMI transactions for IDFC First Bank, HDB Financial Services, Bajaj Finserv, Home Credit, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank.
OPPO A52: Specifications & Features
The handset is equipped with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD screen, supporting Full HD + resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and has a punch-hole design with a cut-out in the top left corner. In addition, the device also has dual speakers, Hi-Res Audio certification, and support for Dirac HD audio technology.
Inside, the phone owns the power from the Snapdragon 665 processor, combined with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 internal memory. It comes with a 5000mAh battery, that supports charging via an 18W fast charger over a USB-C port.
Moving to the back, the handset carries a quad-camera system housed inside a rectangular module. The rear camera cluster includes a 12MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide angle sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. Meanwhile, the selfie camera placed in the punch-hole on the front of the device has 8MP resolution.
The phone comes pre-installed with Android 10 with ColorOS 7.1 interface on top. Other features of the phone include microSD card, headphone jack, and side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.
