Oppo A5 2020 launched in India in September in two memory configurations - 3GB RAM / 32GB storage model retailed at Rs. 12,490 and 4GB RAM / 64GB storage model retailed at Rs. 13,990. And now, Oppo releases one more variant of the Oppo A5 2020 with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Aside from a higher amount of RAM and internal storage, this variant has the same specs as previous models. To recall, the Oppo A5 2020 is driven by a Snapdragon 665 chipset, boots Android 9 Pie out of the box with ColorOS atop. On the rear, it sports a quad-camera cluster on the rear with a 12MP main sensor, a 2MP depth-sensing unit, a 2MP macro shooter, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 119-degree FOV.
OPPO A5 2020: Price
The Oppo A5 2020 price in India for the 6GB of RAM model is Rs. 14,990 and it is up for sale in many offline stores across the country. The 3GB RAM / 32GB storage model has also recently got a price cut by Oppo India and is now for sales at Rs. 11,990.
OPPO A5 2020: Specifications
The handset flaunts a 6.5-inch display with HD+ resolution and a layer of Gorilla Glass 3+. There is also a water-drop notch at the top of the display for a selfie camera. Its processing power is generated from a Snapdragon 665 chipset alongside 3/4/6GB of RAM and 32/64/128GB of storage. Software-wise, it runs on ColorOS 6.0.1, which is based on Android 9 Pie.
Camera-wise, it has four cameras on the rear camera setup, which are a 12MP main sensor, a 2MP depth-sensing unit, a 2MP macro shooter, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 119-degree FOV. For selfies and video calls, it gets an 8MP shooter on the front. To protect the phone, Oppo packs it with a fingerprint sensor on the back panel. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.0, and Dual 4G VoLTE. Finally, the whole package is fueled by a massive 5,000 mAh battery, that is charged via a USB-C port.
