Although the new OnePlus 8T was only released not long ago, information about the next-gen OnePlus 9 has officially appeared. Recently, the first set of renders of the OnePlus 9 have emerged online, showing the phone from both front and back.
From the image below, we can see that the OnePlus 9 will have a quite similar design to that of the newly launched OnePlus 8T, but the main camera cluster on the back will be different with three cameras and a LED flash. All of them are housed in a rectangular module in the left corner. This camera cluster is said to consist of a 48MP main sensor, a 16MP unit, and a 5MP unit.
The back of the phone has pretty much the same look as its predecessor., You can see that its back is still finished from glass and curved on the sides. Its logo is placed in the center and the name "OnePlus" is placed at the bottom.
On the front, the device will still be equipped with a punch-hole screen with a small cut-out at the top left corner. According to the source of the leak, this screen will be larger than the screen on the OnePlus 8T (6.55 inches) and have up to 144Hz refresh rate, but it won’t be upgraded to Quad-HD+ resolution.
Unlike what previous reports suggested, the OnePlus 9 will reportedly launch in two versions: a standard version codenamed LE2110, LE2117, LE2119, and a Pro version codenamed LE2120, LE2127. Both versions are expected to be introduced by OnePlus in March next year.
