Finally, Chinese smartphone manufacturer company has launched its new OnePlus 7T in the Indian market. It features a fast processor, an additional back camera in comparison to the OnePlus 7 and huge battery capacity. New OnePlus 7T also comes with the support of Wrap Charge 30T, which is as the company claimed, 18% faster than the Wrap Charge 30, which was available in the OnePlus 7 Pro. The main highlights are its 6.55" FHD+ screen with a refreshing rate of 90Hz, a Dot notch design, triple rear cameras, includes 48 MP main camera and the new Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset.
OnePlus 7T: Price and availability in India
The company set the price in India for its 8 GB RAM, and 128 GB storage variant at INR 37,999 and another option of 8 GB RAM and 256 GB is available at INR 39,999. OnePlus 7T available in only two colors, Glacier Blue and Frosted Silver in a new matte frosted glass look. Company will sell it through Amazon India, official OnePlus website and offline OnePlus Experience stores and the sale will be started from 28 September, which coincidentally falls in the same time with the Amazon Great Indian Festival Sale. The company also launched new Olive Green color option for OnePlus and also Wireless Bullets at the same price of INR 5,990.
OnePlus 7T: Specifications
OnePlus 7T comes with the latest Android 10 on the top OxygenOS v10.0. Dual-SIM (Nano). It comes with a 6.55" FHD+ Fluid AMOLED screen with the aspect ratio of 20:9 and the resolution of 1080x2400 px, HDR10+ support, 90Hz refresh rate, 402ppi pixel density, 1,000 nits brightness, with the support of sRGB and DCI-P3 color profiles. OnePlus 7T display stops 40 percent of blue light, and it'll be good for your eyes. The company offers protection of Gorilla Glass on both sides of the phone.
In terms of optics, OnPlus 7T get triple rear cameras, including 48 MP Sony IMX586 sensor as its main camera with the aperture of f/1.6, electronic image stabilization (ESI), Phase detection autofocus (PDAF), Optical image stabilization (OIS) and 1.6-micron px (4-in-1). The secondary lens gets a 2X telephoto lens along with the sensor of 12 MP with an aperture f/2.2 and 1.0-micron px, and the third one is 16 MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, 117 degrees FOV, all three lenses are placed in a horizontal manner. Along with the lens, the company offers dual-LED flash setup at the back.
Other camera features are 4K and 1080p video recording up to 60 frames per second and 720p clip recording up to 960fps with two new Slow Motion modes. The brand claims that the phone gets Portrait Mode, Nightscape 2.0, HDR, Pro Mode, RAW image, and Time-Lapse also includes a Macro Mode up to 2.5 cm.
In front, the device gets 16 MP Sony IMX471 selfie camera with the aperture of f/2.0, Electronic image stabilization (EIS) and 1-micron px. The company offers Screen Flash, HDR support, Time-Lapse and Face Retouching features for the front camera.
The company offers OnePlus 7T in two storage options 128 GB and 256 GB with UFS 3.0 2-lane storage. In OnePlus 7T there is no option for increasing storage via dedicated SD card slot. Other features are 5 GB free Cloud storage for the Gallery. For the first year the company offers 50 GB free storage to the users.
OnePlus 7T fueled with 3,800 mAh battery, and it comes with the support of Wrap Charge 30T rapid charging technology, which is capable of delivering 30 watts (5V/6A) power. The company claimed that phone charge up to 70% within 30 minutes with this Wrap Charge 30T technology.
For connectivity options phone gets 4G voLTE, Bluetooth version 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS/A-GPS, USB Type-C port and a NFC card. OnePlus comes with ambient light sensor, electronic compass, accelerometer, proximity sensor, and sensor core. The phone also gets an in-display fingerprint sensor. Other features include haptic voice, dual speaker on the upper and lower side, on-screen navigation, gestures, iconic Alert slider and support of noise cancellation.
