Motorola One Vision With 48MP Camera & Hole-Punch Display Launched in India

Motorola One Vision finally makes its way to India. The handset sports a punch-hole display, dual 48MP + 5MP cameras, and a massive 5,000 mAh battery.

Last month, Lenovo-owned Motorola announced the latest addition to its Motorola One series dubbed Motorola One Vision in Brazil. Now, the phone maker has finally brought the phone to India. The new Motorola One Vision is the first phone from the brand to come with a hole-punch display and an Exynos processor.
The handset is launched in the mid-range segment with stock Android Pie, a glass back panel, thin bezels, and dual rear cameras. As the phone is a part of Google’s Android One program, it will be able to get updates to the next two Android versions and software security support for up to three years. The brand also states that all of the Motorola One Vision units sold in India will be domestically manufactured as a part of the “Make in India” program from the government.

The handset is priced at Rs. 19,999 for the single variant with 4GB of RAM + 128GB of storage. It will be distributed exclusively via e-commerce site Flipkart in the country in Sapphire and Bronze color variants. You can purchase the phone from 27 June.

On the front, the phone comes with a 6.3-inch FHD+ screen with a punch hole for the selfie camera and a 21:9 aspect ratio. Powering the device is a Samsung’s Exynos 9609 octa-core processor, paired with 4GB RAM + 128GB storage, which is user expandable using a microSD card up to 512GB. For software, it boots a stock Android 9.0 Pie and other features like Digital Wellbeing and Night Vision mode that is claimed to enhance its low-light photography.
In terms of camera, the handset features a dual camera setup, including a 48MP main shooter with f/1.7 aperture and a 5MP depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture. Up front, it has a 25MP snapper for taking selfies and video calling. Other features include a headphone jack, a USB-C port, and a massive 5,000 mAh battery under the hood with support for 15W Turbo Charge.
